Philosophy

I feel the same way about education as did Socrates and Plato. A teacher is a guide through a forest of learning. The child takes a "journey" into the "forest of learning" and the teacher sets up an environment of learning and question asking centers. The child is free to explore and choose centers that enhance their life long learning. Often the child may stumble or fall as will the teacher- but we learn from our experiences in our journey to better ourselves.
